The camp by CVPR assessed more than 100 participants who were people from various walks of life. They were not only tested for their cardiac fitness, but also for their muscular fitness and flexibility – these are all the recommended components to determine the physical fitness of an individual. The participants were also guided on how to improve their overall fitness by working on each component of physical fitness. The team of assessors in the camp included all the members of CVPR with the house officers of DPT program working in the cardiac domains.
